Privacy policy

What we collect on this site
- Application data. Business name, website, business email, phone, country, business type, monthly volume, carriers, your notes, the page you applied from and any campaign tags in its address. We use it to review your application, to email you the result and, if approved, to set up your account. It is kept while the application is open and, if approved, for the life of the account.
- Consent choice. Your Accept or Essential only choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask again.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, time, page) kept briefly for security.
Analytics and advertising tools
We use two tools, and we load neither until you press Accept on the banner. With Essential only, no analytics or advertising script loads and no cookies are set by them.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): page views and events such as starting or sending the application, opening WhatsApp, clicking sign in. Google consent mode is set to denied by default and updated only on Accept.
- Meta pixel (Meta Platforms): page views and the same events, used to measure our advertising and to show relevant ads on Meta services to people who visited.
If your application is approved and funded, we may report those two outcomes to the same tools from our server, with the application id as the event id, so a conversion is counted once.
Change your mind: clear this site's data in your browser and the banner returns. You can also opt out through Google's and Meta's own ad settings.
Who sees your data
STACKS staff who review applications. Our hosting, email and database providers process it on our instructions. We never sell it and never share it with unlock suppliers beyond the IMEI needed for an order you place.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing win@unlockstacks.com. UK and EU applicants have the rights set out in the UK GDPR and the GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Data is processed in the United States.
The app
Approved shops use The STACKS App, which has its own privacy policy.
